Daily breath

We all know Deepak Chopra, the Indian-American author and alternative medicine advocate. He is a prominent figure in the ‘New Age’ movement. Chopra is founder of The Chopra Foundation and Chopra Global. He wrote more than 90 books, translated over forty-three languages. He combines science with spirituality.  Chopra also released several podcasts like Infinite Potential, Now for Tomorrow and Daily Breath.

I have read only a few of him, but I am planning to read more. I recently discovered the podcast Daily Breath and I am so excited about it. I am totally inspired by Deepak Chopra now. Daily Breath is a short daily podcast that brings your awareness back to yourself again. It doesn’t cost much time to listen to it and it helps you to start the day in a good way. Only for the Friday meditations you need to make time, so I mostly save the episodes and can listen to them when I make time for it. If you are interested in habit change, mindfulness, happiness, personal growth, health and spirituality, it would be a good podcast for you.
