Follow the story of a billionaire, entrepreneur and an artist. Learn how the entrepreneur and artist change their lives step by step. They learn how to change their habits by waking up early in the morning.
Own your morning, elevate your life. That is what this book is about. In the first hour of the day you can make time for yourself and invest in yourself. By starting your day like this, it makes the foundation of the rest of your day. Habits change into the new normal after 66 days. From that moment your habit becomes automatic. Work on your mindset, heartset, soulset and healthset.
The book is written like a novel, but it contains a lot of information on how to change your life and habits. I really loved to read this book. I always look for ways to improve my life. Habit change is especially an interesting thing, as for many people it is difficult. But once you are aware of this time period you have to go through and keep going with discipline, it can really change your habits.
I am sure everyone can change their habits. Just be disciplined and don’t give up. Don’t listen to those voices in your head that try to stop you. And also don’t listen to other people who comment on you if you want to work on good habits. I often hear comments about my early rise every morning. But why would I have an hour extra sleep if I can do something better for myself? As long as you have enough sleep per night, you can use the time for other things. Even when I am a person who already wakes up early (to be honest, not yet at 5 AM) and has daily healthy habits, the book is still very useful and interesting to read. I would definitely recommend it to you.
“Limitation is nothing more than a mentality that too many good people practice daily until they believe it’s reality. It breaks my heart to see so many potentially powerful human beings stuck in a story about why they can’t be extraordinary, professionally and personally. You need to remember that your excuses are seducers, your fears are liars and your doubts are thieves.”
