As a multipotentialite I have many interests and I like to do different things. That’s the reason why I also have experience in different fields (writing, travel, photography, yoga).

• Structure & accuracy: I am good at arranging and planning things. I bring structure to tasks and processes within an organisation so that we can work together efficiently and purposefully.
• Coaching & connection: I help others grow through respect, motivation and clear communication. I am good at connecting and networking. In this way, we can achieve common goals.
• Learning & curiosity: I am open-minded and I like to learn. Because of my curiosity and sincerity are people open to me and they tell their stories.
• Flexibility & stress-resistance: Because of my yoga background, I use mindfulness and awareness in my daily life and I help others with this holistic approach. I remain calm, even under pressure or during changes. I can switch easily during changes.
